In December DOF entered into an agreement with Taubaatkompaniet to establish DOF BOA and to acquire two AHTS.';

DOF continued its good relationship with Shell UK with extension of existing contracts and contracts for new-buildings. DOF contracted two MT 6000 vessels for delivery in 2005 and 2006. The contract for "Skandi Neptune" was terminated and it was decided to rebuilt the vessel as a construction support vessel. Oddvar Stangeland retired and Mons S. Aase took over as managing director.';
