MANDATORY NOTIFICATION OF TRADE BY PRIMARY INSIDER

Helge Singelstad, the Chairman of the Board of Directors in Austevoll Seafood ASA, has subscribed for NOK 1.5 million in Austevoll Seafood ASAs senior unsecured bond of NOK 250 million with a 7-year tranche allocated on 13 June 2023.
