Successful Placement of New Senior Unsecured Bonds

SUCCESSFUL PLACEMENT OF NEW SENIOR UNSECURED BONDS (pdf)

Austevoll Seafood ASA (rated BBB-/Stable by NCR) has today successfully completed new senior unsecured bond issues of NOK 550 million and NOK 250 million with tenors of 5 and 7 years, respectively. The bonds have coupons of 3m NIBOR + 2.00% p.a for the 5-year tranche, and fixed rate of 5.98% p.a for the 7-year tranche.

The settlement date is set to 21 June 2023 for the two tranches and an application will be made for the bonds to be listed on Oslo Børs.

Pareto Securities AS and Nordea Bank Abp, filial i Norge acted as Joint Lead Managers in connection with the bond issue.

Austevoll Seafood ASA (med BBB-/Stable rating fra NCR) har i dag gjennomført en vellykket plassering av nye senior usikrede obligasjonslån på NOK 550 million og NOK 250 million med tenorer på hhv 5 og 7 år. Obligasjonslånene har en rente på 3m NIBOR + 2,00% p.a for 5 års transjen, og fast rente på 5,98% p.a for 7 års transjen.

Oppgjørsdato for de to obligasjonslånene er satt til 21. juni 2023. Obligasjonene vil bli søkt notert på Oslo Børs.
