Welcome to external and internal reporting channel for Austevoll Seafood ASA.


The reporting channel gives everyone an opportunity to speak up about concerns of possible illegal actions or violations of Austevoll Seafood ASAs Code of Conduct (CoC). This Alert can be used to report, but are not limited to, censurable conditions, concerns about something that is not in line with our business values, CoC, the Transparency Act, and that may affect the lives and health of individuals or the company`s reputation and values. All reports must be submitted in good faith.

Reports of concern can be made verbally or written. Internal reporting should be done in accordance with the Whistleblowing poster or directly to Austevoll Seafood ASAs Whistle blowing Channel.

This reporting channel is NOT an Emergency Service:
Do not use this site to report events presenting an immediate threat to life or property. Reports submitted through this service may not receive an immediate response. If you require emergency assistance, please contact your local authorities.



About our whistleblowing tool: IntegrityLog

To ensure your anonymity, the reporting tool IntegrityLog is provided by an external and independent actor. The reporting channel is encrypted, and password protected. You never have to reveal your identity if you do not want to.

How to make and follow-up a report
To make your report, visit this address: auss.integrity.complylog.com. Once you have completed your report, you will receive a code that you should save in order to follow up on your case. As the person reporting via the system, you can choose whether you want to provide your contact information or if your want to remain anonymous. Regardless, all reports are taken seriously and are investigated. For external investigators, it can facilitate the continued work if you can be contacted for additional information. Therefore, contact details will be requested. However, it is always completely optional to provide this information. 

If you have made a report through the whistleblowing reporting tool and written down the code that you receive when you complete your report, you can follow up your case via auss.integrity.complylog.com. Log in regularly as investigators may need to ask you additional questions and, in some cases, want to act as quickly as possible.

How reports are handled by Austevoll Seafood ASA
Notifications received through the external reporting tool are only received and handled by authorized personal at Austevoll Seafood ASA. Upon receipt, the competent staff will decide whether the information received is of such nature that it should be handled within the framework of the whistleblower system and forwarded to the Austevoll Seafood ASAs whistleblowing committee. When Austevoll Seafood ASA has received and verified a case through the whistleblowing reporting tool, Austevoll Seafood ASA convenes the Whistleblowing Committee. Austevoll Seafood ASA presents the case and then submits its recommendation to either investigate or close the case. Decisions are made by the committee, which must then report to the board. 

Data Privacy Management
No IP addresses are registered, and the system does not use cookies. If you use a computer that is connected to Austevoll Seafood ASA, however, it may appear from the Internet log that you have visited the page where the report is made. If you do not want this to be visible, use a computer that is not connected to Austevoll Seafood ASAs network.

All data communication and storage of personal data is encrypted to prevent them from being distorted or coming to the knowledge of unauthorized persons.

As the person reporting, you have the right to receive information once a year, free of charge, about which personal data is registered about you in the whistleblowing reporting tool. Such request for an extract from the register must be in writing and signed. Send it to: info@auss.no
