Boards approval of final accounts 2012

 

At its meeting on 11 April 2013, the Board of Directors of Austevoll Seafood ASA approved the final report and accounts for 2012. Final accounts and proposed dividend of NOK 1.20 per share (202,717,374 shares), are not altered from preliminary figures which were published on 26 February 2013.

 

Shareholder`s meeting is scheduled to Friday 24 May 2013 at Storebø in accordance with the financial calendar. Summoning, annual report and agenda with attachments will be published through Oslo Børs and www.auss.no . Summoning will also be sent by post.

Styret i Austevoll Seafood ASA har i styremøte den 11. april 2013 godkjent endelig årsregnskap for år 2012. Endelig regnskap, herunder foreslått utbytte på NOK 1,20 per aksje (202.717.374 aksjer), er i tråd med foreløpig rapport presentert den 26.02.13, jf egen børsmelding.

 

Ordinær generalforsamling avholdes i henhold til selskapets finansielle kalender fredag den 24. mai 2013 på Storebø. Innkalling, årsrapport og agenda med vedlegg vil bli distribuert via Oslo Børs og www.auss.no . Selve innkallingen vil også bli sendt i posten.
