BOARDS APPROVAL OF FINAL ACCOUNTS 2020

At its meeting on 21 April 2021, the Board of Directors of Austevoll Seafood ASA approved the final report and accounts for 2020. Final accounts and proposed dividend of NOK 3.50 per share (202,717,374 shares), totally NOK 709,510,809 are not altered from the preliminary figures which were published on 19 February 2021, ref. separate press release.

Shareholders' meeting is scheduled to Thursday 27 May 2021 at Storebø. Summoning, annual report and agenda with attachments will be published through Oslo Børs and www.auss.no. Summoning will also be sent by post.

STYREGODKJENNING AV ENDELIG ÅRSREGNSKAP 2020

Styret i Austevoll Seafood ASA har den 21. april 2021 i styremøte godkjent
endelig årsregnskap for år 2020. Endelig regnskap, herunder foreslått utbytte på NOK 3,50 per aksje (202.717.374 aksjer), totalt NOK 709.510.809 er i tråd med foreløpig rapport presentert den 19. februar 2021, jf. egen børsmelding.

Ordinær generalforsamling avholdes torsdag den 27. mai 2021 på Storebø.
Innkalling, årsrapport og agenda med vedlegg vil bli distribuert via Oslo Børs
og www.auss.no. Selve innkallingen vil også bli sendt i posten.
