MANDATORY NOTIFICATION OF TRADE
On 20 June 2016 Lerkehaug AS, a company owned by Austevoll Seafood ASA's CFO Britt Kathrine Drivenes, sold 75,000 shares in Austevoll Seafood ASA at a price of NOK 71.2127 per share. Subsequent to this transaction Lerkehaug AS holds 50,367 shares in Austevoll Seafood ASA.

MELDEPLIKTIG HANDEL
20. juni 2016 solgte Lerkehaug AS, et selskap eid av Austevoll Seafood ASA sin finansdirektør Britt Kathrine Drivenes, 75.000 aksjer i Austevoll Seafood ASA til en pris på NOK 71,2127 per aksje. Lerkehaug AS eier etter denne transaksjonen 50.367 aksjer i Austevoll Seafood ASA.
