Please find attached the Notice of Ordinary General Meeting of Austevoll Seafood ASA. The Ordinary General Meeting will be held on Thursday 27 May 2021 at 10.00 a.m. in the company's facilities at Storebø in the municipality of Austevoll.

Due to the outbreak of the corona virus Covid-19 shareholders are encouraged to abstain from appearing in person at the general meeting, but rather participate by using the enclosed proxy.

The Notice will be posted electronically or by mail to all shareholders. Notice of General Shareholders' Meeting and related documents are also available at www.auss.no.

The Annual Report 2020 was published 30 April 2021, and is available on the company's web site: https://ar2020.auss.no/

Vedlagt følger innkalling til ordinær generalforsamling i Austevoll Seafood ASA. Generalforsamlingen avholdes torsdag 27. mai 2021 kl.10.00 i selskapets lokaler på Storebø i Austevoll kommune.

Som følge av Covid-19-risikoen, oppfordres aksjonærer til å avstå fra å møte fysisk på generalforsamlingen, men heller til å benytte det vedlagte fullmaktsskjema.

Innkallingen blir sendt elektronisk eller per post til alle aksjeeiere med kjent adresse. Innkalling og andre saksdokumenter er også tilgjengelige på www.auss.no.
